Rybkin V. System's optimization of the conducting track economy in the new conditions of the Ukrainian's railways

On the defense of the dissertation has been submitted theoretical foundations of the automatic system of the railway track's maintenance. They are base on the estimation and prognosis reliability of the track taking into account factual state. Methods of the estimetion and prognosis reliability tace into consideration influence on the condition of the track of the general maintenance factors include axial loads of the rolling stock, restoration's flows basing on the intensity oa the work on the current maintenence of the track. All the methods have been completed to the practical using maintenence of the track in automatic control system. Wide industrial introduction results of the developments have been proceeded in UIS's railway network.
