Essay

The disertasion constat of theoretical and researches to deformations. Physicalregularies of forming "active zone", zone of plastic deformation 2b in electric-arc built up welding on a plaste in the center and edge under chenging of welding parameters, number of passes, the direction of welding, residual strains scheme of fastening, width of a part, method of mounting, removed strips ( bars), the conditions of cooling, starting strains have been de termined. Kinetics of plastic deformation developmen, travels of metal on plane and from plane in welding varions welds configurations have been studied. Has been established that main technological factors influencing the zise of plastic deformation zone under heating are specific energy of heating, speed of welding and residial welding strains. Three factors determining rigisness hardness of welding joint have been determined: general, local and rate of hardness chenging; deformation of form chenging, metal shift in "active zone" depend on the scheme, form of fastening welded parts and direction of welding. Methods of defining zone of plastic deformations and angular deformation under various conditions of indirect welding have been offered. Methods and deviced for arc pointing on the weld (joint) and regulating of plastic deformation zone in welding have been offered
