Essay

Background impurities and defects effect on the formation and physical properties of dilute solid solutions. It is shown the possibility of physical properties anomalies. Models and computer programs for physical property calculations were worked out. Processes of formation and properties of silicon compositions low-doped layers, low-doped silicon crystals and niobium alloys were investigated. The results may be used in the manufacturing technologies of low-doped monocrystals and monocrystalline layers of multilayered compositions working out.
