The dissertation is dedicated to generalization and development of theory of multifactor estimation and ranking of alternative decisions as part of a total problem of making decisions. Generalization of theory of utility for non-linear functions case has been carried out. The main standard situations of multifactor estimation and ranking of alternative have been emphasized. The universal adaptive model has been integrated. Parametrical identification theory has been worked out of on the basis of comparative identification ideas. The main models and algorithms have been used while solving practical tasks of organizational management and while creating support and making decisions systems
