Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of increase of efficiency and safety of application of methods of intensive therapy in rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. In the dissertation the new direction in construction of individualized medical tactics based on objectivisation of heterogeneity of the patients on parameters of oxygen maintenance of tissues and condition of cellular membranes is developed. Is established, that current of diseases and result of treatment largely depend on intensity of tissue breathing, speed diffusion of oxygen in a tissue and permeability of erythrocyte membranes. The criteria differentiated of application and estimation of efficiency of these methods of treatment are developed.
