3. The dissertation is devoted to elucidation of the mechanisms and regularities of plastic deformation of high-strength iron alloys based on Fe-Ni and Fe-C systems with the martensitic structure and titanium alloy based on Ti-Al-Mo-V. It was established that in systems with high density of dislocations the plastic deformation can be accomplished by the way of local dipole bends of the crystal lattice. These bends are proposed to be considered as volumetric defects of the mesolevel and the deformation modes can be considered as bending ones. The method of determination of the bending-torsion tensor components was developed for local bends. The diclocation model of a new mesodefect is built. A rheological model of the mesolevel plastic deformation was proposed. The physical principles of high-strength state formation in multicomponent alloys and methods of their realization are developed.
