Essay

The complex research of magnesium metabolism pathophysiology is carried out in essential hypertension. The method of an adequate estimation of a magnesium metabolism, suitable for use in clinic is offered. It was established pathogenetic importance of magnesium metabolism impairment in pathogenesis of essential hypertension. It is offered theoretically reasonable and explored method of reduction of reactiveness of heart- circulatory system to influeces of pressors and increase of efficiency of treatment of the patients with essential hypertension, based on correction of magnesium metabolism by its additional consumption. In work is developed the new direction in preventive management of essential hypertension.
