The thesis is devoted to solving the problem of increasing quality, efficiency and noise protection of the definite signal processing devices. A new unified methodological approach for the device design is elaborated. The approach is based upon the formulation of the design criteria in terms of the generalized Rayleigh quotient. There is established that the proposing approach can be used during the design of various purposes' and different operation principles' devices for the signal processing in frequency, time and space domains.
