This dissertation is dedicated to direct and inverse problems of dynamic system with distributed parameters. General solution is built for initial-boundary problems, problems of observation and terminal controlling, for the problems of modelling external dynamic environment in which considered systems are functioned. Optimization algorithm of input and output attributes of such function is built. Example is a solution of three-dimensional problems of dynamic thick and elastic plates with arbitrary configurations.
