Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of physical chemical technology of photochemical formation (PCF) of the macro (printing forms)- and microrelief(copies of the optical discs) of the information media (IM) containing photopolymerable composition (PPC) and materials (PPM) on the basis of oligoetheracrylates (OEA). It was been proved that properties of the devices depend on the degree of structural order PPM, that is determinad by the nature of the PPC components and PCF regime. The optimal structure of the PPM is formed by the PPC, the basic OEA which containdouble (conjugated) bonds; characterized by maximal nonlinear-optical effects. This is confirmed by the nonlinear optics methods, positron annihilation, X-ray analysis. We have investigated technological aspects: aging of the PPC, possibilities of stabilisation of the PPM, their life-time. The main principles of operating their properties by means of the choice of proper PPC and the additional processing, that ensure low-dispersion str ucture of the PPM are worked out. It made it possible to create the phhotosolidifying inks for trapharent and thampoprinting. The results of the investigations are being used in PCF technologies in printing and close branches both in Ukraine and the CWS countries.
