Agricultural enterprises of different property forms and types are the subject of the research. Macroeconomic processes have been dealt with in the context of national economy. The objective of the research is to substantiate and work out the ways of manageable enterprises development as a starting basis for new economic relationship in the АIC taking into account the mechanism of adaptation of agrarian economy to the market- oriented business sphere. The methods of the analysis and synthesis, concrete and abstract, comparative performances, mathematical statistician, programming were used. The scientific outcomes represent a population of conceptual methodological and methodical positions and recommendations for organization of business and creation of a market medium for its operation in an agrarian sector of economy. For the first time is created and the theoretical concept of economic adaptation of agrarian managing to market conditions is justified; The methodological and organizational fundamenta lses of the economic mechanism of becoming and development of business are justified; the methodical recommendations for a realization are developed is organizational - economic of the mechanism of adaptation of agrarian managing to the market.
