The methods of research are the structural analysis of monitoring systems, analysis variants of development of economic systems, grouping, scientific abstraction, induction, deduction etc. The theoretical rules concerning the control of economic systems in conditions of transitive economy are generalized, the subjects of the control and their interaction, activity of economic systems and economic attitudes between them are investigated, the bases of methodology and technique of the control are advanced, the directions of its improvement are reasonable in view of foreign experience, the methodological bases of risk of realization of the control are determined, its anticrisis strategy is reasonable, is stated methodology of the control of processes of economic growth and integration of economic systems . The methodical recommendations are introduced into practice of activity of state and independent supervising bodies. Sphere of use are the bodies of the control behind activity of the managing subjects. 6156
