Essay

The cow's bone tissue of the tuber coxe and ex-tremities, bone-sinew junction, hooves, blood, urine, and milk. The aim - to study the ethiology, the patho-genesis, and the pathomorphology of the cow's os-teodystrophy, to carry out and to estimate some medi-cal and prophylactic measures. Clinical, histological, histochemical, haematological, radiological methods, trepanobiopsy, and atom absorption spectrometry was apply. The ethiology, the pathogenesis, the pathomorphology of the primary and secondary cow's osteodystrophy, the connection between the osteodystrophy and extremities pathology, and the influence of "Treevit" on the osteodystrophy processes was elucidated. Peculiarities of the cow's spongy bone damage in the second and third zones of the radiational soiling was established and was named "radiational osteodystrophy". Contents of micro- and macroelements in bone tissue was determined in healthy cows and cows with osteodystrophy. There was elaborated 4 trepan constructions, the multifactoral ex tractional mass-volumal method for the bone tissue analysis, and the chemical method for the Ca and P determination in bone tissue.
