Prygunova A. Theory and technologe of manufacturing high quality silumins by the method of the physicochemical influence on the melt.

The thesis deal with the actual problem of increasing of the quality of the casting aluminium alloys from low-grade and secondary raw materials as the result of detailed analyses of structure and properties of the melts, determination of criterion's of correlation of structure in liquid and solid state, investigation of peculiarities of crystallization process stipulated by physicochemical actions on the melt. The investigations were conducted by the modern physicochemical methods on laboratorial and indastrial equipment. On the basis of theoretical and experimental developments it had been offered the technologies of alloys decontamination, neutralizing of harmful influence of impurities, new alloys, which have passed aprobation and inculcation on the industrial enterprises of non-ferrous metallurgy, machine-building, have shown high effectiveness and have allowed to decrease the outlay of primary metals - Al,Ni,Mn.
