Essay

The findings of clinico-laboratory and instrumental investigation methods of children with exacerbated relapsing bronchitis, bronchial astma, chronic bronchitis and secondary pneumonia were presented. The activity of the rumalon antibodies formation process was studied, it giving information about the inflammation depth and depending upon the basic disease duration, the lesion value and the associated pathology structure, respectively. Disorganization of the connective tissue was maintained in the period of clinical remission too. There were presented in detalis the causal relationships between the disbalance of the three lines means in antioxidant system and free radical lipids peroxidation activity in the exacerbation period of chronic and relapsing bronchopulmonary diseases and the antioxidant state factor was determaned as well. There was defined the immunobiochemical changes structure in bronchoalveolar lavage and the tendency to these changes development depending on endobronchitis state. The ho meostasis indices indices studied in combination with defining medium-sized molecules in three biosystems enabled to diagnose the endotoxemia relapsing decompensation stage. The diagnostic methods of the inflammatory processactivity in bronchopulmonary pathology was substantiated and improved. The estimation of lipostabil efficfcy use in a complex treatment for homeostasis lesions corrections was pathogenetically grounded and approved.
