Dissertation thesis is devoted to investigating the features of metabolism of cereal under low temperature conditions. It has been shown that polyphosphoinositides take part in cells signal transduction, induced by low temperature. Cold increases both the level of proteins synthesis (17-35 and 58-120 kD, including 70 and 90kD) and the degree of engagement of the alternative pathway of electron transport in plants mitochondria.
