Theoretical methods of strategic management in the condition of economics under transformation have been elaborated by the author for the first time. Conception, methodological approach, notion basis, system of principles, technology of strategic management of enterprise have been worked out. The method of strategic monitoring, conceptual criterion of management are suggested. Requirement to systematic strategic management of all resources of enterprise and components of international environment are stated. Methods, models and device of strategic management are worked out. The results have applied on enterprises of Kharkiv region. Enterprises and authority agencies are the sphere of implemention.
