The dissertation is devoted to elaboration of the theory and design principles of switched reluctance motors with buffers of energy, which electromechanical converters is a simplest and cheaper then other known electrical motors. Its energetical and qualitative characteristics is about to the similar characteristics of DC machines. Theory base is developed, new salient poles SRM design metodology and their mathematical models are created.
