Object of a research - cargo and passenger carriages on a railway transport. The purpose of work is perfecting the methodology of information maintenance of process of cargo and passenger carriages on a railway transport. Methods of a research are construction of the theory of increase of efficiency of operation of means of transport because of automation of process of a pattern recognition of identified objects and development of information systems because of new technologies of data transfer by mobile structures of a railway transport. An equipment of a research: travelling elements intended for magnetic processing of sprockets, adaptive systems of reading of an information, one-channel and multichannel continuants. The theoretical fundamentalses of improvement of operation of a railway transport because of recognition of mobile objects based on new technologies of data transfer by mobile structures are developed. The scientific positions, developed in a thesis, and outcomes are used for want of cre ation of subsystems of definition of a dislocation of mobile units because of adaptive measuring converters reading information signals from wheel pairs of mobile structure. The methodology of construction of new information systems of automation of process of the tax of the messages about each unit of mobile structure is offered. The developed system of identification has passed service tests on the Kharkov underground. Branch of use - railway transport of Ukraine.
