The theoretical bases of electrodynamics sources for environment monitoring are presented, for examples of geophysics, hydroacustics and seismology building monitoring are given. The causes of wave phenomena during generation of seismic field and hydroacoustic pulses are found. It is based the recommendations to achieve the optimal characteristics of electrodynamics sources and are given a meatheads to its effective inculcation.
