The dissertation deals with the problems of management of developing the services of market infrastructure enterprises. The thermis "market infrastructure" and "service" have been theoretically generalized and defined more precisely. A model of sub-system functioning has been built. A level of development of market infrastructure was determined. A proposed approach for the of management of developing the services and methods of management of solving contradictions in their development. The organizational problems of leasing services development through analysis of the formed environment and characteristics of international leasing approaches and their risk management have been discussed. Possibilities of implementing and developing factoring service have been studied, their types have been classified, their evaluation has been algorithmised, organizational model of factoring has been distinguished from the model of market infrastructure functioning, comparative estimation of the factoring and export insurance has been done. The analysis of the insurance market state has been made. The approaches to management of insurance services reliability has been shown, method of rating estimation of insurance companies has been developed.
