In the dissertation a theoretical background is established, scientific and methodological tools are developed and practical recommendations for organizational and economic support of logistics activities of a trade enterprise are provided.
The problems of organizational and economic support of logistic activity of the trade enterprise are considered in the course of development of the Economic science and management practices. The study of logistics genesis as a science and a tool of entrepreneurial activity allowed to determine the main stages of its evolution and the features of implementation in enterprises in modern economic conditions, namely compliance with the integration concept and customer-oriented approach in logistics.
The expediency of considering logistics activities in compliance with the process and functional approach is justified, which allowed to define logistics activities as a set of processes for the implementation of functional tasks and managerial decisions, which are formed according to the goals of the enterprise in the field of logistics.
Subsystems of organizational and economic support of logistics activity of a trade enterprise are substantiated, the main elements of which are organizational, human, material, informational and technological, financial support of logistics activity, which specify directions of development and decision-making which are to support logistics functions at a trade enterprise.
A methodical approach to assessing the organizational and economic support of logistics activities of a trade enterprise has been developed, which is based on the system of multicriteria evaluations and identifies the level of organizational and economic support of logistics activities using the results of additive wrapping of standardized indicators, calculation of which is based on the results of expert assessment and dynamic analysis of its local components and allows to differentiate trade enterprises according to the level of organizational and economic support of logistics activities.
To assess the organizational and economic support a system of simple, complex and integral indicators of organizational and economic support of logistics activities of trade enterprises is formed. To determine the level of organizational support, it is proposed to use a system of indicators that characterize the completeness of logistics functions at the enterprise and the quality of logistics activities, including indicators of implementation of basic logistics tasks, distribution of powers and responsibilities, nature of vertical and horizontal communications, resource support, as well as the quality of work of managers involved in the field of logistics. To assess the economic support of the logistics activities of a trade enterprise, indicators are substantiated, which reflect the activity of the formation of human, material, informational and technological and financial resources, as well as the effectiveness of activities to maintain them at the appropriate level. According to the results of the analysis carried out with the use of these indicators, the average level of organizational and economic support of logistics activities for trade enterprises out of the sample was diagnosed.
The methodical approach to definition of hierarchy of local components of organizational and economic support of logistic activity of a trade enterprise on the base of priority of their improvement is substantiated, which is based on the methods of integrated, expert, rating, matrix method, methods of coefficients, decomposition, additive folding, analysis of hierarchies, which is carried out taking into account the criteria of significance, actual state and readiness of a trade enterprise to implement changes in organizational and economic support of logistics activity. The developed scientific and methodological approach is based on interrelated stages of identification of logistics processes, which need improvement and identification of measures to improve the quality of logistics processes and is aimed at forming reasonable management decisions to improve organizational and economic support of logistics activities of a trade enterprise.
The scientific results of the dissertation, which are applicable, have been put into practice in the activities of enterprises Ltd. Vostorh (note № 12-10 dated 07.10.2019), Ltd. VEGA-PLAST (note № 2/19 dated 18.04.2019), PC Brihantina (note № 15 dated 11.02.2020).
The results of the dissertation research are implemented into the educational process of the Department of International Economics and Management of Foreign Economic Activity of Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics while teaching the disciplines “International Marketing” and “International logistics management” (note № 20/86-02-92/1 dated 11.03.2020).
