Zabashta Y. Formation of the mechanism of development of innovative entrepreneurship

The dissertation proposes scientific approaches to the formation and development of the mechanism of innovative development of entrepreneurship, classified and specified the substantive content of the principles and stages on the basis of which innovative development of entrepreneurship is carried out. Ensuring the management of the development of innovative entrepreneurship involves not only responding to threats in the external environment, but also assessing its structural foundations, so the structure of factors influencing entrepreneurship is presented in the paper. The structure of formation of mechanism of innovative development of entrepreneurship, which is of particular importance for formation of mechanism of innovative development of entrepreneurship due to instability of development of economic processes of external and internal environment, conformity of production of enterprise to consumer needs, level of development of internal environment. It is proved that the innovation activity of Ukrainian enterprises is an innovative filter which affects the innovative capacity of enterprises of the metallurgical complex and contributes to their development and market competitiveness of innovative products. Developed a mechanism for the implementation of a balanced strategy of innovative development of metallurgical enterprises. Formed theoretical and methodological tools for implementation of a balanced strategy of innovation development which include the theoretical basis of the development of the methodology of formation and choice of strategy risk. Practical tools for implementing a balanced strategy of innovative development, which include the development of priority directions of improving the innovation capabilities of the enterprise. The relationship between socially responsible behavior of an enterprise, and a balanced strategy of innovative development of the enterprise, which is manifested in the fact that the implementation of socially responsible behavior of the enterprise provides control of factors affecting innovative activities and enables to identify the relationship between the areas of socially responsible behavior, probable models and enterprise strategy.
