In the thesis the theoretical generalization is carried out and the new decision of scientific and practical problems which consists in perfection of methodical, organizational and applied provisions of the accounting and the analysis of logistic activity in the conditions of digitalization of logistic services is offered; internationalization and globalization of markets for goods and serv ices; complicating transport routes due to global economic, political, military and epidemiological developments.
