In our study, the results of changes in immunoglobulin concentrations show the possibility of increasing the immune response to antigen administration, but a decrease in class E immunoglobulins shows a decrease in allergic and autoimmune reactions in the group of athletes more than in young men who started sports for the first time in this study. The latter may also indicate that longer sports activities develop the immune system, which helps it to adequately respond to the proposed load. The indicators of cellular immunity, which were studied in this work, also changed more markedly in athletes of higher athletic achievement than in young men who began to train according to the proposed method for the first time and did not play sports before the study. Thus, the following results were obtained in the group of professional athletes. The results show a wide range of opportunities to improve physical performance in young men. For example, it was shown that as a result of the PWC170 test in young men who increased the level of physical activity during participation in the study, using their proposed power fitness program, physical performance increased by 26,5% (р<0,05). At the same time, it was found that basketball players of the level of higher sports achievements also had changes in physical performance under the influence of training in the method of power fitness by 5,1%.
