The dissertation focused on technological modes of cooling and electron beam irradiation of the polymeric electrical insulation of shipboard cables. The subject of research is the operational electrical, physical, mechanical and thermal characteristics of polymeric halogen-free flame retardant cable insulation and protective sheath based on polyolefin. Experimental and theoretical research carried out with using methods of numerical and physical modeling of the technological modes of cooling and electron beam irradiation of the electrical polymeric insulation and protective sheath of shipboard cables
