The dissertation is one of the first comprehensive scientific research of administrative and legal regulation of access to public information on the state of use of natural resources in Ukraine, within which using modern methods of scientific knowledge, taking into account the achievements of legal science sphere of use of natural resources, substantiated scientific provisions on optimization of administrative and legal regulation of access to public information on the state of use of natural resources in modern conditions of public administration reform in Ukraine, analyzed foreign experience of legal regulation of access to public information scientifically substantiated conclusions and scientific and practical recommendations for improving the administrative and legal regulation of access to public information on the state of use of natural resources.
