Stashkiv O. Preconcentration and determination of Pr(III), Gd(III), Yb(III) using Transcarpathian clinoptilolite

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the regularities of sorption processes with the participation of natural zeolite – Transcarpathian clinoptilolite – in order to develop methods for preconcentration Pr(III), Gd(III) and Yb(III) in solid-phase extraction during sample preparation for analysis with subsequent determination of these lanthanides by various methods. The possibility of selective preconcentration of Pr(III), Gd(III), Yb(III) in the presence of proportional amounts of other rare earth metals was established. The luminescent properties of the compositions «clinoptilolite-Yb(III)-PAN» and «clinoptilolite-Yb(III)-morin» were studied. The possibility of luminescent determination of Yb(III) and morin directly from the surface of the sorbent in the presence of other rare earth elements is shown.
