Essay

The object of investigations is two-dimensional elements under creep conditions, which are caused by the action of static and periodic loading. The subject of the investigations are creep, damage and fracture processes occurring in solids, the calculation schemes of which correspond to two-dimensional problems. The method of numerical calculation of two-dimensional creep and fracture problems of metallic solids was improved, a new method was developed for obtaining the coefficients of equations describing the motion of macroscopic defects, fracture laws for a plane stress and plane strain states were obtained. The investigations were carried out using the methods of solid mechanics and applied mathematics.
