Essay

The object of the study is common psoriasis. The aim is to increase the treatment effectiveness of patients with common psoriasis by developing the comprehensive method of therapy based on the diagnosis of associated psychosomatic disorders. Methods: clinical, psychopathological, immunofermental and statistical. The optimal complex of examination of the psycho-emotional state of patients with psoriasis in order to identify anxiety and depressive disorders, which allows to optimize the complex therapy of patients with psoriasis has been offered. The formula for determining the level of reactive anxiety is proposed, which contains the assessment of PASI and the level of depression and makes it possible to avoid the use of time-consuming and least compliant methods. The method of complex therapy of patients with psoriasis with associated psychoemotional disorders has been developed, which includes the appointment of the drug of anxiolytic action mebicar in case of anxiety disorders and the drug of combined action (anxiolytic and antidepressant) mianserin at anxiety-depressive disorders, normalizes the psycho-emotional state of patients, content of neuromediators (serotonin and gamma-aminobutyric acid), improves quality of life and reduces the onset of PASI50 by 5.2 and 5.1 days, respectively. The results are implemented in the practice of the State Establishment “Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of the NAMS of Ukraine”, MNE of Kharkiv Regional Council “Regional Clinical Dermatological and Venereological Dispensary No 1”, MNE “City Dermatological and Venereological Dispensary No 2” of Kharkiv City Council, MNE “City Dermatological and Venereological Dispensary No 5” of Kharkiv City Council, ME “Poltava Regional Clinical Dermatological and Venereological Dispensary of Poltava Regional Council”, ME “Rivne Regional Dermatological and Venereological Dispensary” of Rivne Regional Council.
