Diachenko M. Annelated and spirocyclic systems based on isothiazolidine 1,1-dioxides and 1,2-thiazinane 1,1-dioxides

Thesis for scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy, specialty – 102 – Chemistry, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv of MES of Ukraine, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv of MES of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2020. Sultams (cyclic sulfonamides) take important place in the world of medical chemistry; many drug candidates and successful medicines contain such heterocycles. Investigations of synthesis methods and properties of this class compounds are still promising and useful. As a basis for the method of obtaining target substances CSIC was chosen, which stands for Cardon mediated Sulfonamide (Sulfonate) Intramolecular (Intermolecular) Coupling. Main achievements in application of such type of reactions have been reviewed. Even though many examples of the above reaction have been described, spirocarbocyclic sultams with enamine fragment are not presented sufficiently, as well as study of their chemical properties.
