The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of biological sciences (the Doctor of Philosophy) on a specialty 091 - biology. - Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kyiv, 2020. Among all cancers, bladder cancer ranks 9th in the frequency of diagnosis and ranks 13th among the most common deaths among cancers. Men are more prone to this cancer (ratio 3.2 to 0.9), and the incidence increases with age. The dissertation is devoted to the study of proteolytic processes in bladder cancer, as well as changes in the immunological chain and other processes that affect the proteolysis and development of bladder cancer. In the first stage of research, we conducted a general clinical analysis and investigated the main biochemical parameters of blood in different stages of bladder cancer, as well as some components of the coagulation system. In the course of our study, there was an increase in the level of neutrophils (%) more than 1.5 times in stage III and IV of bladder cancer.
