Strelnikov V I Methods of intelligent management of computer networks based on the information-entropy method - Qualifying scientific work on the rights of the manuscript. Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 123 Computer Engineering. - State University of Telecommunications of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2021. The dissertation work is devoted to the development of methods for calculating the quality indicators of information and computer systems based on algorithms of test diagnostics and information - entropy method. An analysis of the requirements for computer network management systems to improve their efficiency. The main indicators of the quality of control systems, which are taken into account in various forms in the calculation and design of computer systems. Development, implementation and verification of algorithms for unconditional and conditional search of functional defects (elementary functions with insufficient degree of execution) are performed. The proposed algorithms allow to reduce the average number of steps and the average time of diagnosis by applying the procedure to the next stage based on the proposed mathematical model of decision-making on the state of control objects based on the results of complex diagnostic tests. The developed methodology based on the information-entropy method makes it possible to calculate the amount of control information that provides the required accuracy of computer network parameters. The method of calculation of operational and technical indicators of elements of control systems of computer networks which feature is establishment and an estimation of influence of procedures and characteristics of diagnosing on values of the basic indicators of management of computer networks is offered. The methods of analysis and quantitative evaluation of computer system diagnostics results are investigated in the work. Methods for determining integrated assessments of test diagnosis results are described in detail. The obtained results were used in research work conducted at the State University of Telecommunications. Theoretical and practical provisions of the dissertation are used in the educational process of the State University of Telecommunications.
