Rakovych O. Formation of entrepreneurial potential in rural areas

Purpose: to develop and substantiate theoretical and methodological, as well as scientific and practical foundations for the formation of entrepreneurial potential in rural areas against the backdrop of globalization, informatization and intellectualization of business environment. Object: process of the formation of entrepreneurial potential in rural areas in the context of socioeconomic transformations of local special agglomerations. Methods of research: statistical and economic, method of economic grouping, sociological survey, integrated assessment, cluster analysis, regression analysis. Theoretical results: the basis for further development of theoretical and methodological foundations as well as practical recommendations for the formation of entrepreneurial potential in rural areas has been created. Practical results: tools for the management of the formation of entrepreneurial potential in rural areas have been formed; they are aimed at intensification of entrepreneurial initiative. Scientific novelty: the theoretical and methodological provisions of digitalization in management of the development of entrepreneurial potential in rural areas have been developed; they provide for the formation of specialized content, the scope of which is selected using geoinformation systems and technologies; it also makes it possible to reflect the results of integrated assessment of economic, environmental and social components of the state of rural areas in real time. The degree of implementation: the Administration of Agricultural Development and Economic Policy of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration; Teteriv Village Council of the amalgamated community; Private Agricultural Enterprise “Yerchyky” in Popilnia raion of Zhytomyr oblast; Polissia University. Efficiency: the results of the research contribute to the formation and development of entrepreneurial potential in rural areas. Sphere of use: entrepreneurial entities, rural amalgamated communities, territorial communities, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, scientific institutions of National Academy of Science of Ukraine, higher educational establishments specializing in economics.
