Essay

The thesis is devoted to a study of the international legal collaboration in struggle against doping in sport. It is established that such collaboration is accomplished in different ways. First, by establishing a system of the international legal principles and norms that ensure prohibition of use and regulation of the international anti-doping collaboration. Second, by establishing and activity of the international institutionalization of the anti-doping system that provides for interaction of the stakeholders at three levels: international (World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)), International Olympic Committee, International Paralympic Committee, international sports federations and other organizers of the great sporting events that provide for making anti-doping tests); regional (Council of Europe and others) and national (national anti-doping agencies, etc). Third, by administration of sports justice, which is accomplished by a series of specialized arbitration organizations, the main one being the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.
