Dudorova T. Management of development of integrated processes of customs and logistic service

The dissertation is devoted to the topical issue of ensuring the effectiveness of customs and logistics services management in modern conditions, namely the management of the development of integrated logistics services at customs. The need for such a study is due to the development of customs service institutions, as the effective implementation of customs support depends on the potential market success of imports or exports of goods, and the competitiveness of participants in foreign economic activity in national and foreign markets. The purpose of the dissertation is the formation of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for improving the management system of the development of integrated processes of customs and logistics services. To achieve the goal of the research in the dissertation a number of scientific problems were formed and solved, which allowed to substantiate the scientific and methodological approach to the implementation of the integrated process of customs and logistics services, based on which models of customs and logistics services were developed: , characterizing the structure and content of activities for the provision of services in the customs sphere and reflect the integration trends of their development. A scientific and methodological approach to substantiation of the customs service system is proposed, the key direction of which is the organization of effective functioning of service providers in the customs sphere on the principles of customer orientation. A logical scheme of formation of complexes of logistic services in the customs sphere is developed, which is characterized by different vector orientation, prominent role of customs bodies or participants of foreign economic activity. The reasons and preconditions of transfer of a number of functions from customs administration to outsourcing are studied, the basic results of introduction of outsourcing of services in the customs sphere are defined. The use of managed outsourcing as a conceptual basis for the organization of customs and logistics services is proposed. The tendencies of development of foreign economic activity are revealed in the work, the estimation of its significance for the economy of Ukraine is given. Systematized factors of logistics support of foreign economic activity, the role of customs and logistics services as a tool to increase the efficiency of foreign economic activity. A study of the evolution of scientific thought on the organization of customs and logistics services in foreign economic activity, which featured a systematic, consistent and interdependent identification of key elements of customs services, which involves the integrated use of multilevel, functional and costly approaches. The need for a comprehensive operator, which provides full support of the foreign trade agreement and acts as a leading subject of customs infrastructure, has been proved.
