Papa O. Modeling the efficiency of web services for administrative services providing

The thesis paper is devoted to solving the current scientific and technical problem of developing mathware and software for support of web services of administrative services provision through the introduction of means of intellectualizing the process of performing services and mathematical modelling of the efficiency of web services functioning. The first section analyses the existing methods and means for organizing web services and administrative services. The analysis showed that one of the determining factors in the process of creating effective Centres for Provision of Administrative Services and improving the quality of administrative services is the use of modern information technologies. An effective information system for the provision of administrative services will make it possible to obtain objective information on the quality of service provision. In addition, such a system may become the basis for rapid management decisions in order to actually improve and bring the quality of services to the needs of customers. To do this, mainly mobile applications are created that bring a large number of users closer to the services. However, such systems do not reduce the time of service provision, as they require sufficient awareness of the user about the specifics of obtaining certain services, and therefore require intellectualization of the service performance process.
