The thesis is devoted to solving the current scientific and technical problem of developing mathematical and software support for automated structuring and recognition of content using machine learning tools, which increase the efficiency of information web resources. The first section analyzes the methods, tools, and technologies of organizing information web resources. The advancement of information technology ensures the development of society, reassessment of its priorities, especially the modernization of existing sectors of the economy, and the creation and sustainable development of new ones. The digitalization of all spheres of human activity is a vital necessity. One way to address society’s needs is to provide informational web resources. Their scope ranges from business card sites (static) organizations to intelligent web resources to provide a variety of services.
