Makharynets M. Evolution of legal regulation of land relations in Volyn in 1939 – 1960-s

In dissertation is conducted historically legal generalization and a new solution of a scientific purpose, which is research of evolution of legal regulation of land relations in Voloyn during 1939 – 1960-s. Have been analyzed the state of scientific development of problematic of legal regulation of land relations in Volyn in 1939 – 1960. The source base has been processed, which consists of archive non-published and published materials and is sufficient for resolution of this scientific problem and is presented by all classifications of materials and documents. In the scientific circulation has been entered a number of archive documents, that were not use previously. Methodological base of research ensured a completeness, authenticity, proper quality and practical value of dissertational research. A system of used modern approaches, principles (pluralism, objectivity, complexity, unity of historical and logical) and methods (dialectic, systematic analysis, problematic historic, statistic, comparative, hermeneutic, formally legal) research has allowed to cognize thoroughly and to comprehensively disclose historical and legal aspects of evolution of legal regulation of land relations in Volyn in 1939 – 1960.
