As a result of the performed researches the expediency of growing chamomile plants in natural and climatic conditions of the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine is substantiated. The influence of sowing dates to assess the adaptive potential of the crop depending on abiotic, biotic factors and the level of drought and winter hardiness to extend the flowering period and harvest raw materials of the crop was studied. The Perlyna Lisostepu variety with the autumn sowing period with a seeding rate of 6 kg / ha provided the highest essential oil content of 7.88 ml / kg of blue color in terms of dry raw materials, and the lowest average was the Bodegold variety in summer period with a seeding rate 8 kg / ha - 4.02 ml / kg. The maximum conditional net profit of 104,774 UAH / ha was obtained at the seeding rate of 6 kg / ha during the autumn sowing period of the Perlyna Lisostepu variety. The maximum level of profitability of 199% was obtained with a yield of 1.75 t / ha at a cost of growing 52,726 UAH / ha.
