The dissertation work is devoted to the development of methods for improving the quality of customer service in mobile networks of Internet of Things.The main purpose of mobile networks of the Internet of Things is to provide users with new services, high-performance radio access services, the ability to transmit data at speeds above 1 Gbps, with the organization of interference protection of the communication channel based on OFDM technology.The fuzzy time model for calculating the mobility of the Internet of Things network system has been improved, which formalizes the influence of destabilizing factors on its functioning.An algorithm for improving the reliability of communication systems, using a duplicate system. A comparative analysis of the increase in the reliability of LTE communication systems for duplicate system, non-redundant system, for loaded duplication without recovery, as well as for non-loaded duplication without recovery.A mathematical model for the formation of a family of ring codes of type 001011 has been developed and it has been proved that with the help of this model it is possible to form a ring code of the specified type of any length and with any number of unit symbols.A technique for optimal reception of multiposition signals of a hexagonal constellation by the criterion of an ideal observer based on high-order modulation, which has the highest noise immunity of signals at two coordinates (x, y) close to the potential possible, has been developed.
