The dissertation is devoted to the decision of an actual scientifically applied problem of development of models and creation of information system of technology of synthesis of two - parameter tone transfer of flexographic printing systems for increase of quality of printed production. Mathematical models of flexographic printing systems of sequential structure of different dimensions with different number of ink rollers are developed, which describe the dependence of ink flow thickness on the surface of rollers, shape and transfer to the printed material depending on the tone interval on the basis of which. which are the means of modeling the calculation and visualization of results for various technological disturbances and influences, the results of simulation are presented. The information technology of two-parameter tone transmission system for flexographic printing systems of different structure and dimension is developed, including system models, raster form, which modulates color flow, takes into account change of ink thickness depending on tone transmission interval for different form of raster elements. , which expands the functionality of flexographic printing systems.
