Daneliia T. International legal regulation of cooperation of Ukraine in the field of protection of the World Ocean

The dissertation is a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical issues of international cooperation in the field of the World Ocean protection and defense. The research studies of international legal regulation evolution of cooperation in the field of ocean governance, identifies general and special principles of the World Ocean protection and defense, describes the state and prospects of international law in the field of ocean protection, defines the "World Ocean" and identifies the features of prosecution for ocean pollution, as the main tool of the World Ocean protection and defense mechanism. The ways and means of Ukraine cooperation on the protection of the World Ocean at the global and regional levels and cooperation with non-governmental international organizations are determined and analyzed.
