The thesis is devoted to a complex study and the analysis of features of interbranch problems of the international legal regulation of technology transfer. Scientific and technological progress and human development, its survival in pandemics caused by influenza viruses (H1N1, H3N2, H2N2) and highly pathogenic avian influenza strains (H5N1, H7N3), coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, etc., the existing challenges to international security. the need to increase the effectiveness of international cooperation between states in the field of technology transfer. The study systematizes and analyzes the provisions on technology transfer contained in international treaties, law-making decisions of international organizations and bodies, decisions of international judicial institutions, the practice of international non-governmental organizations, research of scientists, as well as in regulations of Ukraine, their practice application. Mechanisms and principles of international legal regulation of technology transfer are systematized and a model of the system of international institutions is developed, which will ensure the functioning of the technogenic transfer industry in modern international law.
