Based on the received data proved that under the influence of ethanol in the final sections occurs strengthening of secretory activity to 12 days of research, on later in terms of depletion of the secretory apparatus of epitheliocytes, reducing the number of secretory granules, replacement of seromucosal cells mucocytes. The results of their own research through a comprehensive assessment proved that in the duct system during the observation develop morphological signs of increased trans- and juxtacellular transport fluid as a compensatory-adaptive response to an irritant ethanol. Chronic exposure to ethanol leads to impaired perfusion blood in the lobes of the mandibular glands of rats, accompanied hyperhydration of intraparticle connective tissue. With the help of a comprehensive assessment, the main ones are formulated morphometric criteria that can be used as a diagnostic for assessment of the functional state of the mandibular glands of rats at chronic exposure to ethanol.
