Sviatetskyi V. A framework for building an entrepreneurship-based innovation ecosystem in higher education institutions

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical principles, methodological approaches and applied recommendations for the formation of entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem in higher education institutions. According to the results of the study, theoretical approaches to the disclosure of the essence of the concept of "innovative processes in the ecosystem of the institution of innovative processes in the ecosystem of free economic zones. The role of higher education institution in the formation and development of the national innovation system is systematized and generalized. The structure and content of the elements of the entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem of a higher education institution are determined. The bases of the ecosystem approach and application of the theory of harmonious production and the concept of interaction marketing were further developed. A scientific and methodological approach to determining the level of development of the entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem in higher education institutions is proposed. According to the results of the research, the algorithmic sequence of determining the level of development of the entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem as an integral coefficient of interaction of four components: education, science, state and business has been improved. The components of the mechanism of formation of entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem in higher education institutions are substantiated and on this basis the position in the management practice of free economic education on the formation of stable institutional forms of elements of entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem is improved. The basic structure of the model of adaptive entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem in higher education institutions is built. Methodological approaches and practical recommendations for evaluating the effectiveness of academic entrepreneurship as a direction of effective implementation of the innovation ecosystem in higher education institutions have been developed. On this basis, practical recommendations for determining the effectiveness of academic entrepreneurship have been improved, which allow to form the internal structure of scientific and innovative activities and ensure effective interaction of all elements of the entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem.
