In the dissertation work the actual scientific and applied task of development of models of complex support of orders at the polygraphic enterprises from an initial stage of their formalization by the customer on a web resource to logistic distribution of finished goods is solved. The end result of the research is the deployment of information technology to effectively track the life cycle of the production order through the dynamic optimization of corporate resources and intellectual capital of specialized institutions of higher education. In order to optimize the infrastructure of the enterprise, an original conceptual model of the multilevel production complex was built, which, unlike others, accompanies the life cycle of the order from registration to distribution of products with targeted correction of the competencies of qualified personnel. To do this, the end-to-end technological format has been improved by designing an extended JDFics data structure. Therefore, a corporate knowledge bank of a printing company has been developed to store information on order lifecycle management, based on which a scheme of intercomponent communication is built, where at the stage of controlling operations the connection with the corporate knowledge base is provided in case of equipment malfunctions. The network mechanisms of modeling the individual educational trajectory and integration of the accumulated information of the production process into the academic base of methodical materials of the branch institution of higher education are determined and expanded. The stipulated stages of order execution are localized in the form of developed procedural modules of end terminals of the user part when tracking corporate assets as an intelligent service of the enterprise management system for high-quality and efficient production of printing products. The designed model of administration of corporate assets on the basis of intelligent system is the basis of information technology of effective support of a life cycle of the production order.
