Essay

The thesis is devoted to definition of a scientific substantiation of theoretical bases and development of scientific and practical offers concerning formation of integrated business structures as bases of development of business in Ukraine. The modern conditions for the formation of integrated business structures as a basis for the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine are studied, their role in the country's economy is substantiated. According to the results of the study, the scientific substantiation of the economic nature of the integrated business structure was further developed. From the analysis of existing approaches and on the basis of own observations, the determining factors of formation of integrated business structures are revealed, principles are defined and their forms are established. Scientific views on the essence of integration and its impact on the interaction and development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine are systematized. As a result, the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of integration was further developed in terms of clarifying the essence of the concepts: "Integrated business structures"; "Entrepreneurial integrated business structures". Based on the analysis of foreign experience in the formation of integrated business structures, the directions of business development for the domestic economic system are substantiated. Theoretical and methodical bases of formation of adaptive architecture of integrated business structures as bases of development of business in Ukraine which serve as complex combination of the basic, logistic and providing functionalities of formation, for definition and maintenance of chain streams of creation of value and efficiency of business processes at all levels of interaction are substantiated. A new format of business interaction strategy of partner partners is proposed: manufacturer, distributor and retailer, which, unlike the existing ones, allows to use the advantages of architecture of integrated business structures in the practice of partner partners in terms of market choice, sales format, distribution system and sales channels. logistics service systems and customer base formation.
