The thesis substantiates and provides science-based estimation of the development of agrarian entrepreneurship and determines the ways of forming the institutional mechanism of the employment improvement in agrarian entrepreneurship. There has been formed the concept of viewing the foundations for strengthening the role of agrarian entrepreneurship in forming the institutional mechanism of employment taking into account the scale effect, which is a distinguishing feature of the agrarian complex of the country.
