The objects – infectious mononucleosis in children; the purpose –The optimization of treatment of patients with infectious mononucleosis on the basis of a comprehensive clinical, laboratory and imynological features of the disease and the oral cavity microbiocenosis disorders with using of local antiseptic. methods –clinical, clinical-epidemiological, analytical, molecular-biological, ultrasonographic, histological, mathematical and statistical. results – A comprehensive study of infectious mononucleosis in children, microbiocenosis of the mucous membranes of the palatine tonsils in infectious mononucleosis, which is caused by EBV and coinfection of herpes viruses, was carried out. For the first time, using the method of factor analysis, the risk factors for colonization by the pathogenic microflora of the roto-throat in infectious mononucleosis in children were calculated. For the first time, the activity of lactate dehydrogenase, the concentration of short-chain fatty acids in the saliva of patients with infectious mononucleosis were determined. It was found that disorders of oral cavity dysbiosis are characterized by an increase in the proportion of microorganisms of pathogenic and opportunistic microflora, which are insensitive to modern antibiotics. For the first time, according to the data of electron microscopic examination, differences were revealed in the adhesion of the coca flora to the epithelial tissues of the tonsils in tonsillitis of various etiologies. The effectiveness of the use (according to the dynamics of the main symptoms of the disease, indicators of laboratory and bacteriological studies) of lysozyme preparations in the complex treatment of infectious mononucleosis has been proven; branch – Health care.
